Project Summary
Revitalization of the front roadway berm to the Oak Grove subdivision. Re-create an attractive landscape while adding a natural sound buffer to reduce road noise. Thanks to Paul Matuszewski for continued excellence with the never-ending landscaping projects throughout the years while serving on the Board.
Stage One = Budgeting and Planning. Bids sent out.
Stage Two = Hiring of contractor for project. Initiating removal of infected and dead trees. Hauling away branch debris.
Stage Three = Summer 2024 overgrown shrub reduction. Hauling away branch debris.
Stage Four = Fall 2024 tree planting for 2 trees. Fertilization.
Stage Five = Fall 2025 tree planting for 5 trees. Fertilization.
Stage Six = Finalization of berm plantings.
